It does this in particular with The 3018 service, available to parents to answer all their questions about their children's and teenagers' digital equipment and usage in real time. Participating in the CyberEnGare initiative alongside Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr and SNCF is an opportunity for us to raise awareness about these issues, which are so important for families today, to let them know about the 3018 helpline, and to encourage them to talk to their children about good digital practices. potential risks and how to protect yourself from it. Family holidays, away from everyday life, are a special time for this,» he adds.
