Structured governance in support of our public service mission
L’The e-Enfance / 3018 Association is recognised as being of public utility (2 % of French associations).
This is a guarantee of transparency in its management: its accounts are audited and published annually in the Official Journal. Its statutes are subject to review by the Council of State in addition to that of the Ministry of the Interior.
Governance is structured around an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors elected by the General Assembly of its members.

Deputy Assistant Director for Judicial Protection and Education at the DPJJ (Directorate for Judicial Protection of Young People), Ministry of Justice; former Director of SNATED 119-Enfance en Danger (Child Protection Hotline).
Nicole CATHELINE
Child psychiatrist; former head of the adolescent day hospital at
Henri Laborit Hospital Centre, author of “What do I know?”Bullying at school, Chair of the Scientific Council of the French Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Associated Disciplines.
Jean-Baptiste MENGUY
Trained as a lawyer, Public Policy Advisor, Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation. Previously Director of CCI France programmes; former HR Manager at ARJEL (Online Gaming Regulatory Authority) and Advisor to Paris (15th arrondissement), specialising in education issues.
Julien VILLEDIEU
Founder of Level Link Partners. Trained as a lawyer, he worked in intellectual property law before serving as General Delegate of the National Video Game Union (SNJV) for 15 years.
Carole BIENAIME-BESSE
Producer, filmmaker and director of audiovisual, film and digital production companies, former member of the French Broadcasting Authority (CSA).
Valérie PIAU
Solicitor, expert in education law, supports and advises families in cases of difficulties encountered with the school system (harassment,
cyberbullying).
