This is an obligation requested by the European Commission as part of the e-Enfance / 3018 Association's trusted signatory status.

The 3018 service, operated by the e-Enfance Association, is a trusted flagger officially designated by Arcom under the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA). This status recognises its expertise in identifying and reporting illegal or harmful content published on online platforms, particularly where it relates to the protection of minors.
As a trusted reporting body, 3018 has a priority reporting channel with digital platforms. Reports submitted are examined with particular care, to enable a faster response to situations involving cyberbullying, online blackmail, the sharing of intimate images, identity theft or other forms of digital violence affecting young people.
