Interventions for young adults (aged 18–25)
Awareness of internet usage
Educational objectives & topics covered
Young adults/students often experience their first taste of independence away from their parents while at university. This period is also conducive to risk-taking in the digital world (addiction, gambling, prostitution).
The absence of a protective family environment leaves these young adults more vulnerable. Prevention is essential to give them the keys to risk-free independence.
The programme « Digital clichés» enables numerous topics related to digital technology to be discussed with young adults. These include:
- Health
- Addiction
- The need to disconnect
- Sleep disorders
- Personal data
- Online reputation
- Cyberbullying
- Romantic relationships
