For over 20 years, the e-Enfance / 3018 Association has been fighting to protect children and teenagers on the internet and against bullying. It operates the 3018, the helpline number, available 7 days a week by telephone and chat via the 3018 app or at 3018.co.uk.
The Youth Group: fighting harassment more effectively
Today, we want give you the floor. That's why we're creating the Youth Group : a team of around twenty highly motivated teenagers ready to share their ideas for building a safer internet for everyone and better combating harassment.
Why participate?
- Because your opinion really matters and will be listened to by professionals.
- For imagine and create solutions that protect young people.
- For better understand your rights and learn to defend yourself.
- Because you will be part of a concrete and useful national project.
How does it work?
- Approximately 6 to 8 meetings per year, most often via video chat, sometimes during holidays or after school.
- You share your ideas, You develop projects and make a real contribution to moving things forward. You will never have to share your personal story if you do not wish to: it's your point of view that matters.
What for? (some examples)
- You will be able to participate in the creation of our communication campaigns on social media and identify new trends.
- You will be able to preview testing our content, our quizzes, our new 3018 application...
- You will be able to assist us to formulate key messages to raise awareness among other young people.
- You will be able to give your opinion and propose ideas for creative formats : videos, podcasts, posters, memes...
What's in it for me?
- You will be able to receive a certificate from participation in the Youth Group, which values your commitment.
- You will be able to meet our team, visit the premises of the e-Enfance Association / 3018.
- You will be able to attend public events organised by the Association or its partners.
- You will be able to meet committed personalities on our subjects.
- You will be able to discover careers in digital technology and child protection in discussing with experts, facilitators, psychologists, lawyers, etc.

- All young people aged 13 to 18, motivated and curious.
