The e-Enfance Association / 3018 is a founding member of cybermalveillance.gouv.fr in order to offer the general public advice and answers in cases of cyber violence.

When confronted with acts of cybermaliciousness in their digital usage (identity theft, use of personal data, hacking, cyberbullying, etc.) Internet users can call 3018, the number dedicated to victims of digital harassment and violence, operated by the e-Enfance Association / 3018.

A free and anonymous helpline

Free, anonymous and confidential, 3018 is the single point of contact for reporting any situation of digital violence and ensuring comprehensive and rapid support for victims.

His team, made up of professionals, lawyers, psychologists and digital experts, is available 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

As a trusted partner of social networks, 3018 can have content removed in less than an hour. It works in partnership with the Ministry of Education, 119 Enfance en danger (Child Protection Hotline), the Police and the Gendarmerie to prioritise reports. 3018 advises victims on how to file a complaint, if necessary. 

3018 is operated by the e-Enfance Association / 3018 as part of the European Commission's Safer Internet programme.

Affiliated with the Pharos platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr), the Ministry of National Education and 119-Enfance en danger, 3018 is at the heart of the child protection system.
