Shorter than the previous number, 0800 200 000, it is still managed by the e-Enfance Association, which has been running the helpline since 2009. The team helps young people who are victims of cyberbullying, including revenge porn, identity theft, webcam blackmail and hacking, and also advises parents. Anonymous, confidential and free, the service is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
