The e-Enfance Association is participating in the Paris Peace Forum to represent civil society in addressing issues related to children's rights in the digital space.

Thursday, 11 November marked the opening of the 4th edition of the Paris Peace Forum. The opening ceremony was presided over by French President Emmanuel Macron and US Vice-President Kamala Harris. Thirty heads of state and government were in attendance alongside international organisations, NGOs and foundations to discuss major global issues.

Justine Atlan, Executive Director of the e-Enfance Association, spoke on behalf of civil society regarding the challenges of respecting children's rights in the digital space.

Together with UNICEF, the French President launched a «Call to Action» to this effect, signed by major digital platforms (Amazon, Dailymotion, Google, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft, Qwant, Snap, Twitter) alongside governments and associations.

The objective: to outline a collective commitment to better protect our children and teenagers from harmful content.
