A self-assessment questionnaire on harassment for pupils from Year 5 to Year 13

Questionnaire for pupils from Year 5 to Year 13

An individual self-assessment questionnaire on harassment for pupils from Year 5 to Year 13. This is what is being implemented in all schools in France on National Anti-Bullying Day. Two hours of school time will be set aside for this event between Thursday 9 November and Wednesday 15 November.

This grid comprises four groups of questions: « before going to school », « at school », « on the internet or on screenss» and « How are you feeling? »with 33 questions for primary school pupils and 44 for secondary school pupils.

Some examples of questions asked:

  • Are you afraid of going to secondary school because of one or more pupils?
  • Have you ever been excluded in the playground by one or more pupils?
  • Do you eat alone in the canteen?
  • Or are other pupils spreading rumours about you?

Regarding questions about the cyberbullying, They are also asked whether they have received «insulting or threatening messages» on the internet or social media, and whether «photos or messages are being circulated» about them without their consent.

This new development is part of the interministerial plan to combating bullying at school announced by the Government on 27 September.
