YouTuber Nino Arial is committed to fighting cyberbullying and bullying at school.

Nino Arial, YouTuber and comedian, recently posted a video on the consequences of cyberbullying and bullying at school. Alerted by a subscriber who was a victim following his video on going back to school, Nino Arial recounts his experience of bullying. He titled his video «Bully», remembering that as a popular high school student, he sometimes made fun of others, «just for fun».

Just having a laugh, not mocking!

«If the person you're making a joke about doesn't laugh... it's because it's not a joke, and if it makes you laugh anyway, it's not called laughing, it's called mocking.».

The crucial role of witnesses:

Nino Arial raises awareness in his community about the role of witnesses, «silent harassers» and those who «let it happen».
«Hundreds, thousands of you see people around you being harassed every day and say nothing... or just «laugh it off»...» «The next time you see someone being insulted, hit or mocked around you, please take a second to imagine yourself in their place...».
To help people who are being harassed, as well as witnesses and perpetrators, the YouTuber mentions our Net Ecoute helpline. We thank him for this very accurate video on the role of witnesses and passive harassers, and invite you to share it widely.

Let us work together to combat online harassment and violence!
