Whisper (to whisper) is a new social app where users can post any kind of content (secrets, confidences, confessions, but also shameful revelations and even accusations) anonymously. The app that is all the rage in the US is coming to France. As we have already seen recently on Ask.fm, anonymity on social networks encourages uninhibited behaviour, for better or for worse. For the e-Enfance Association, Whisper is therefore a new space to keep a close eye on.
