SUMMARY

The world as we know it has fallen into ruin. However, one last bastion of humanity, Vein, has managed to survive thanks to its members, the «Revenants». With one of their «Revenant» companions, chosen from among the last inhabitants on Earth, the player sets out on a quest for blood and truth.

Code Vein puts you in the shoes of a vampire, so there is a great deal of bloodshed even if the anime aspect of the artistic direction makes the whole thing less realistic and brutal. The violence remains omnipresent and is part of the DNA of demanding combat of the title. All cosmetic options in the game are accessible without microtransactions. The title does not feature online voice chat and uses the tools built into consoles or Steam to connect players if they wish to do so.
