SFR mobile parental controls

With parental controls, guide your teenagers in their use of mobile devices and the Internet. Set rules for use together, monitor their usage, and keep them safe online.

How do I activate SFR Mobile Parental Controls? 

To activate SFR Family parental controls, you must first create an SFR FAMiLY group. Then subscribe to the SFR Family – Parental Controls service. The option will be activated within 72 hours of your request.

How do I activate Mobile Parental Controls?

  1. Access the Parental Controls activation page.
  2. Log in with your child's mobile number and the Parental Control password.
  3. Select a profile.

What profiles are available?

You can choose one of the following three profiles:

SFR Family – Parental Control combines three applications.

– SFR Family Coach, which can be installed on a parent's device, allows parents to set usage rules (prohibited applications, time slots for use, etc.) for smartphones/tablets.,

– SFR Family Teens, which can be installed on all devices used by children or shared between them, allows children to view their usage and the rules that have been set, and to request changes with a single click. SFR Family Teens also manages secure Internet access based on age on computers, smartphones and tablets used by your teenagers and pre-teens.,

– SFR Family Kids is designed to be installed on a device belonging to a parent for use by a child: with just one click, your smartphone or tablet becomes a suitable digital playground! Your child can enjoy themselves in their secure digital space without you having to worry about settings, contacts, or other content on your device.

With Family Coach and Family Teens: 

– Internet filtering (dangerous websites, pornography, etc.)

– Application control (authorisation, blocking)

– Management of time slots for use

– Blocking unwanted contacts

– “À Table” function to block content for a specified period of time

– Blocking online purchases and downloads from app stores

– Monitoring of the child's habits (daily and weekly)

– Access to an administration interface (notifications of the child's requests, modification or temporary deactivation of rules)

With SFR Family Kids:

– Internet filtering in whitelist mode

– Purchase block

– Management of authorised applications

– Management of time and time slots for use

– Management of authorised contacts

– Accessible content management

– Management of children's requests

– App stores tailored to the child's age

– Customisation of the children's area

– Request for additional usage time
