To create your Freebox TV parental code
1- Go to your Subscriber Area (https://subscribe.free.fr/login/) using your telephone number as your username and the associated password.
2- Under the Television section, click on Change my parental code.
3- You must tick the box certifying that you are of legal age, enter the parental code of your choice (4 digits) and click on Send.
4- Restart your Freebox. Simply enter this same code when prompted on your television.
To change your CANAL+ parental code
1- In order for your Parental Code reset to take effect, your decoder must be tuned to channel 4 if you are a CANAL+ subscriber, or France 4 if you are a CANALSAT subscriber.
2- The signal is broadcast for 5 minutes only, so you must switch on your television to one of the above channels as soon as you request a reset.
3- Once reset, you will need to create a new Parent Code.

For a lost SFR parental code
1- Switch off your decoder using the power button on the rear.
2- Wait a few moments, then switch it back on.
3- Wait for the second indicator light (green) to flash.
4- At this point, press and hold the red button on the decoder remote control until you receive a message asking you to confirm the decoder reset.
5- Confirm the message by pressing OK on the remote control.
6- The decoder will restart and run an installation. Follow the steps. You will have the option to reset your parental control code.
