Second edition of the EDUCNUM Awards

Sponsored by the CNIL, supported by the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and sponsored by Pierre Dubuc – president and co-founder of OpenClassrooms – the EDUCNUM Awards are back this year for a second edition, organised in partnership with Skyrock, France 4 and France TV éducation.

This competition is open to young people aged 18 to 25 and invites them to think about online privacy protection for 6- to 14-year-olds. Whatever the nature of their project (video, app, serious game, etc.), they have until 15 February 2016 to develop it and enter it into the competition. Workshops are planned in Paris (14 October 2015), Rennes (21 October 2015), Grenoble (5 November 2015), Bordeaux (12 November 2015) and Strasbourg (19 November 2015), during which candidates will be able to seek advice and assistance in developing their proposals.

After February 2016, a jury will select the most interesting ideas. The winners will have the opportunity to meet industry professionals and share €10,000 to develop their project.
