A calendar to balance children's time
Plan the week ahead by noting the different activities: school, screen time and screen-free time, sports and cultural activities, quiet time, etc. The calendar allows you to see how the week is organised, anticipate screen time and take stock of it at the end of the week.
A dice game to explore the risks of the Internet
Roll the dice and choose one of the 6 themes: harassment, false information, personal data, offensive content, advertising, screen time. For each theme, Questions to get the conversation started. Children learn to talk about the subject, understand the risks and identify possible solutions.
Emotional weather to help us understand each other better
Each week, each member of the family identifies their emotions using icons. It's a simple tool for learning how to name them, talk about them and work through them better, even when they're linked to situations experienced online.
