Reporting procedures

To exercise your data protection rights or to report inappropriate behaviour, you must address your requests directly to the various services, companies and organisations that hold your data. Each site has its own reporting procedure. Here is a guide to help you report information depending on the service you are looking for, such as games, game publishers or social networks.

If you encounter illegal content on the internet (paedophilia, incitement to racial hatred, terrorism, internet fraud, etc.), you should not share it and should report it via the PHAROS platform (platform for harmonising, cross-checking and directing reports). Reports are then processed by police officers and gendarmes attached to the Central Office for the Fight against Crime Linked to Information and Communication Technologies (OCLCTIC) of the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police.
