Recognised as a public utility, the e-Enfance Association / 3018 operates the 3018, the number dedicated to young victims and witnesses of cyberbullying and digital violence.
Open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., 3018 is a free and confidential service that allows you to have all harmful content and accounts removed within a few hours, met on the Internet or on social media. It ensures comprehensive and prompt support of the victim by professionals, but also to prevent the dangers of harassment.
Every year, the Association raises awareness in the field more than 200,000 children, adolescents, parents and professionals the dangers and proper use of digital technology.
