Facebook and Instagram recently announced the launch of new tools designed to help users manage and control the time they spend on both social networks.
New dashboards:
On each application, users will access a “Your Time” dashboard from their settings, which will allow them to:
– Know how much time they spent on the app during the week;
– Set up a daily usage time reminder;
– mute notifications for a set period of time.
How can I access it?
The feature will soon be available in the settings of each application:
– On Instagram, click on “Your Activity”.

– On Facebook, go to “Your time on Facebook”.

This will give you access to all the features you need to manage the time you spend on social media.
