Since 3 February, a manifesto supported exclusively by victims of school bullying and their parents has been online on the France Télévisions web platform.
The aim of this manifesto is to collect as many signatures as possible from people who have been victims of school bullying in order to show, through the sheer number of signatories, that this is a real scourge that must be tackled as quickly as possible and not just a news item.
