Harassment and digital violence: secondary school pupils in the Pays de la Loire region can now contact the 3018 chat service from their laptops

For the first time in France, secondary school students in a given region can directly access the 3018 chat, the national helpline for young victims of harassment, cyberbullying and digital violence, from their laptop.

The Association e-Enfance / 3018 is proud to announce the signing of a partnership with the Pays de la Loire Region, which has become the first local authority in France to integrate direct access to the 3018 chat service on the laptops made available to secondary school students in its area.

Direct access to chat 3018 for 150,000 secondary school students

In concrete terms, the 150,000 secondary school students equipped with a laptop by the Pays de la Loire Region now have direct access to the 3018 chat, A free, confidential and anonymous listening, support and reporting service.

This scheme enables young people facing a situation of bullying, from cyberbullying, In the event of problems such as sexual harassment, blackmail, exposure to offensive content, online violence or any other digital difficulty, it is easier to contact trained professionals.

The aim is simple: to remove the barriers to applying for help by making 3018 directly accessible in the everyday digital environment of secondary school students.
