Back to school: launch of the first anti-cyberbullying school insurance policy. It comes as no surprise that bullying on social media is a real social phenomenon among teenagers. According to a recent IFOP survey commissioned by France Info, one in five young adults revealed that they had been victims of cyberbullying during their school years. To address this thorny issue, which can have potentially dramatic long-term consequences, Banque Casino has been offering an option to its standard insurance package since the start of the 2019 school year, aimed at ensure the safety of pupils “against the risks of social media”.
