It is a new tool to combat online harassment. The 3018 app was launched by the Minister of Education, Jean-Michel Blanquer, during a visit to the Prony vocational school in Asnières-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine) on Tuesday, 8 February.
This application, whose name is taken from the emergency number for cyberbullying, offers several features for documenting and reporting such behaviour.
