Based on the observation that only 20% of French people are able to spontaneously name a telephone helpline for children and parents, on 21 September the Fondation pour l'Enfance launched the portal www.numeros-aide-enfance.fr.
In addition to 3018 – the national helpline and information service for issues related to the internet, mobile phones and video games managed by e-Enfance, a partner in the initiative – there is also a presentation of eight other measures:
- 119 – Hello, Child in Danger,
- Stop Harassment
- 116,000 Missing Children
- The Refuge, Hello Parents Baby
- Inter-service Parents
- Young People Violence Listening
- Childhood and Sharing.
To mark the occasion, the Children's Foundation has also published a very interesting infographic.
