SFR, Orange, Bouygues Télécom, Free, Colt Technologies Services and Outre mer Télécom are summoned to appear before the Paris Court of Justice on Thursday 9 September. These associations believe that sites such as PornHub, Tukif, XNXX, xHamster, xvideos, Redtube and YouPorn make pornographic content accessible to minors by not verifying the age of internet users or, at best, simply asking them to tick a box confirming that they are of legal age, Mr Bayon explained to AFP.
