Keen to protect its youngest customers, Bouygues Telecom offers a simple, free parental control service.
This service allows you to block access to websites offering mobile Internet content that may be unsuitable for children from GSM/EDGE/3G+ networks.
If you have a Wi-Fi-enabled mobile device, remember to disable Wi-Fi access.
If the user of the line is a minor, we recommend activating it at the time of subscription.
If you are a Package customer, activation is carried out via your Customer area Manage my options section > Telephone options or by contacting Bouygues Telecom Customer Service by simply calling 614 from a parent's phone.
If you are a Bouygues Telecom card customer, activation is carried out by Bouygues Telecom customer service upon a simple call to 634 from a parent.
To deactivate Parental Controls, nothing could be simpler: all a parent needs to do is call Bouygues Telecom Customer Service:
- 614 for package customers
- 634 for Bouygues Telecom Card customers
For added security, a Customer Service Representative will verify your identity before deactivating the service free of charge.
Please note: The parental control option is not compatible with Bouygues Telecom fixed-rate plans and prepaid cards.
Bouygues Telecom also offers a Premium parental control subscription service.
