About 3018

Free, anonymous and confidential, 3018 is the national helpline number for victims of digital violence. This is the single point of entry. for report any situation of harassment and ensure a comprehensive and prompt support of the victim.

His team, made up of professionals, lawyers, psychologists and digital experts, is available 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Trusted partner for social networks, the 3018 can have content removed in less than an hour. It has an agreement with the Department for Education, the Department of Justice, the 119 Children at risk, the Police and the Gendarmerie to carry out priority reporting. It is linked to the network of Teenage Centres to refer them for possible psychological counselling. The 3018 helpline advises victims on how to file a complaint, if necessary.

The 3018 is operated by the’e-Enfance Association/3018 as part of the European Commission's Safer Internet programme.
