9 November marks the 2017 No to Bullying Day. For the past three years, the French Ministry of Education has organised a national day of action to combat bullying, in partnership with YouTube, the YouTube collective Rose Carpet and the e-Enfance Association.
For this third edition, the decisive role of witnesses, including online, and their actions to prevent and report harassment, are the central themes of this day.
