Appointed as a trusted signalman, the 3018 has a response capability that is unique in France, thanks to a fast-track reporting procedure for obtaining the removal of harmful content or accounts within a matter of hours across all digital platforms (social media, online video games, pornographic websites, etc.).

LArticle 3018 lies at the heart of the child protection framework working in close collaboration with the Ministry of National Education and, in particular, as a member of the GIP France Enfance Protégée, the organisation responsible for the 119-Enfance en danger helpline.

What time can I call 3018?

The 3018 service is also available by telephone or via chat in the overseas territories. The local hours during which the 3018 helpline team is available vary depending on the region and the time of year.

For example, depending on the time difference, the 3018 service may be available from early morning in some areas, whilst in others, the timetable covers more of the evening and night.

The table below makes it easy to find the timetables for the 3018 in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre and Miquelon and Wallis and Futuna.
