On the occasion of the trade fair Educatech, the’e-Enfance Association / 3018 has formalised a new key partnership with Docaposte, publisher of school life software PRONOTE, used daily by 16 million pupils.
This collaboration represents a major step forward in the accessibility of the 3018, now allowing direct access to the national helpline for combating cyberbullying and digital violence from within the school environment.
Making reporting easier to protect people faster
PRONOTE is now an essential gateway to everyday school life: tracking grades, messaging, school life, etc. Thanks to this integration, Young people who are victims of or witnesses to cyberbullying and/or cyberviolence will be able to contact 3018 more easily and quickly., without leaving the software.
This direct access point to 3018 is intended to:
enable simplified reporting of situations involving digital harassment or violence,
speed up the process of connecting callers to 3018 listeners,
offer families a immediate support in case of emergency,
strengthen prevention at the very heart of the school environment.
A concrete response to a major challenge: the proximity of the remedy and its visibility at the right time.

This integration fully reflects the Association's ambition: offer every young person facing digital harassment or violence an accessible, immediate and identifiable remedy.
With over 160,000 requests each year and an increase in the challenges posed by harassment, bring the 3018 closer to the actual uses of teenagers is an essential lever for continuing to protect, support and take action.
