SUMMARY
Wei Shen, 28, arrived in San Francisco from Hong Kong at the age of ten with his mother and sister and now works as an undercover agent. After a misunderstanding that led to his imprisonment, Wei returns to Hong Kong with a mission to dismantle the Sun On Yee, notorious for their extreme violence and their adept use of kung fu and parkour.
