For several years now, the Region has been developing an innovative approach to protecting and supporting secondary school students, through its «Anti-Harassment Plan».
Innovation with the e-Enfance Association / 3018
It has formed a unique partnership with the e-Enfance / 3018 Association: secondary school students in Pays de la Loire now have direct access to 3018 at the click of a button on their laptop provided by the Region. This is a first in France. 180,000 secondary school students in the 5 départements benefit from this unique protection.
Dialogue with young people
The Region also has an active policy of raising awareness of harassment and digital violence. As part of this, it regularly invites key players in the field to visit its schools, to talk about their experiences and engage in dialogue with young people. The aim is to get across strong messages, such as the importance of speaking out, making harassment a subject that is not taboo, and transforming passive witnesses into active witnesses capable of denouncing and helping the victims.

In this context, it regularly invites Elian Potier, President and founder of the «Urgence Harcèlement» association, to speak at its schools» created in 2019, and national ambassador for the fight against bullying in schools in France since 2023.
