SUMMARY
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is a fighting game based on the One Punch Man universe. It includes a Story mode, as well as multiplayer battles.

The first attempt at bringing the licence to consoles and PCs, One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is a title that combines combat and exploration in a semi-open city. The whole thing is extremely dated and very redundant, but violence, which is very present in the original work, is toned down in the game. This makes it available for sale with a PEGI 12 rating, whereas the anime is prohibited for persons under 16 years of age. As for microtransactions, they are currently absent, but the game will be expanded in the near future with DLC (notably to increase the number of fighters). In addition to its single-player mode, the game offers a multiplayer component (local and online) as well as social interactions with other players. Icons and pre-written phrases are available, and you can see other players' avatars moving around the map in real time. Despite the developers' good intentions, One Punch Man, with its lack of madness and its visual and gameplay flatness, is best reserved for hardcore fans of the manga and/or anime.
