National Anti-Bullying Day 2026

No to bullying, yes to the 3018 reflex

On the occasion of the National Day Against Bullying in Schools, let’s make dialling 3018 second nature. This campaign calls on everyone to take action, support victims, share best practice and help create a safer and more caring environment both at school and online.

With the 3018, a free, anonymous and confidential national service provided by the e-Enfance Association / 3018 provides support to young victims of cyberbullying and online abuse, witnesses and perpetrators as well as their loved ones, by offering them a listening ear, advice and tailored solutions.

His status as a trusted flagger on digital platforms enables the Association to have unlawful and harmful content removed in order to to better protect victims of online violence.

At the same time, the Association is involved in prevents bullying and raises awareness amongst young people, families and professionals about the risks of bullying and cyberbullying. It works to improve the prevention of online risks, document trends in violence, and support child victims, as well as the adults around them, in particular through its Observatory.

To combat harassment, let’s all adopt the 3018 approach. Together, let’s make schools and digital spaces places where everyone can find support and feel safe.

The App 3018: the reflex at your fingertips

When you are faced with bullying or cyberbullying, it is not always easy to know how to react or who to turn to.

The App 3018 is free and secure, and enables young victims, witnesses or perpetrators, as well as the adults around them, to find help.

The App 3018 is a handy everyday tool; it allows you to:

  • Chat directly with the helpline staff on 3018 or call them between 9 am and 11 pm.
  • Store evidence of (cyber)bullying securely in the «digital safe» and send it to the 3018 team so that it can be passed on to the relevant authorities.
  • Take quizzes such as «Am I being bullied?» to assess your own situation and put into words experiences that can sometimes be difficult.

NEW FOR 2026

A new version of the 3018 app has been enhanced with new features to better suit young people’s needs.

  • New quizzes to help you recognise online risks more effectively and develop the right habits to protect yourself.
  • A new interactive map to help you easily locate nearby support and assistance services at any time of day (police and gendarmerie, hospitals, youth centres).
