The cybermalveillance.gouv.fr victim support service was launched on Tuesday 17 October by Louis Gautier, Secretary General for Defence and National Security, in the presence of Mourir Mahjoubi, Minister of State to the Prime Minister, responsible for Digital Technology.
To mark European Cybersecurity Month, the ACYMA interest group, of which the e-Enfance association is a founding member, is launching https://www.cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, a nationwide support service for victims of cybercrime.
As a member of the ACYMA Users' College, e-Enfance provides its service to the cybermalveillance platform. 3018, its reflex cards and its partners.
Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr has the following mission:

- Connect victims of cybercrime with local service providers.
- Conduct awareness campaigns based on the road safety model
- Establish a digital risk observatory and anticipate risks.
This service is intended for individuals, businesses and local authorities. It is the solution that victims of cybercrime can now turn to. In addition to the 3018 service provided by the e-Enfance association, the platform already lists more than 1,100 local service providers who are competent and present throughout the country.
