How do I set up two-factor authentication?
To enable two-factor authentication, go to your account settings, then privacy and security. Finally, click on Two-factor authentication. To set up this option, you will need to enter a special login code or confirm your login attempt each time a user tries to access Instagram from a device you do not usually log in from.
There are several two-factor authentication methods you can use with your Instagram account. To start two-factor authentication, choose:
