- Log in to Netflix and select a profile.
- Access your account from your profile (access under your profile icon).
- In the section parameters, click on Parental control.
- Netflix will then ask you to enter your account password.
- Click Continue and choose your 4-digit PIN.
- You can finally choose your level of protection from among:
– Young children
– Older children aged 7+
– Teenagers aged 13 and above
– Adults 16+, 18+
You can also choose to protect a specific film or series by entering its title in the dedicated field. For example, you may not want your teenager to watch the series «13 Reasons Why». Enter the title of the series in this field and click "Save".
By profile, for moderate control:

3. Save.
There is also a “child” box next to the profile name. If you tick this box, only content suitable for children aged 12 and under will be available for this profile. This protection is moderate because you can manage the type of content on your child's profile. However, you cannot prevent a film or series from appearing on their profile. It is also important to bear in mind that no password is required to access a profile with this option, so your child will be able to access all profiles and view inappropriate content. Please supervise your child's use of the app to ensure they select their profile.
