Justine Atlan, Managing Director of the Association, invited onto the set of BFMTV to respond to the large-scale operation carried out by the’Minors Office (OFMIN) which made it possible to identify and apprehend 80 paedophileonline.
She explains that the child pornography are completely prohibited and often include images of sexual assaults on children. Paedophiles are aware that this is an illegal act, so they use the dark web to exchange and disseminate this content.
She adds: “These offences involving viewing child sexual abuse material on the internet are recent in the history of crime. They have not always been given their due importance. in terms of the risk of perpetrators acting on their intentions.”
