The phenomenon of harassment
Interviewed on BFM TV regarding the suicide of a young teenager victim of bullying , Justine Atlan, The Managing Director of 3018 spoke about the various methods implemented in order to combat the phenomenon of harassment and the challenge ahead for the’National Education in its educational mission.
→ On the means of prevention On the subject of harassment, she explains:
«We must develop education in’empathy students and take a much greater interest in the issue of emotions, to teach them how to express and manage them.»
«In France, we have a problem because schools do not build lack of group cohesion. Our educational system tends to favour individuality and competition (...) LThe French do not trust the group, which is seen as mocking and hostile, even though we have not experienced harassment.»
→ She highlights the challenge facing the National Education System in the coming years:
