For the sixth consecutive year, e-Enfance is participating in the “No to Bullying” awards ceremony”. Organised by the Ministry of National Education and awarded by the MAE, this competition is open to pupils from state and private schools and institutions under contract and recognises awareness-raising tools against bullying developed and produced as part of educational projects. The national jury, in which we have participated since the competition was launched in 2013, awards one poster winner and one video winner per age group, a detailed list of which can be found here: https://www.education.gouv.fr/cid142479/concours-non-au-harcelement-remise-des-prix-aux-laureats-2019.html.
Once again this year, participation was higher, with Over 40,000 pupils involved in more than 1,330 projects, posters and videos submitted.
Combating harassment: a ministerial priority for 2019

On the occasion of this sixth awards ceremony, the Ministry of National Education is presenting an action plan marked by 10 new measures to combat all forms of harassment, particularly cyberbullying.
Among these 10 new measures, we are particularly proud and grateful to appear in 5th position with the extension of the opening hours of our national helpline dedicated to cyberbullying, 3018.
The Minister Jean-Michel Blanquer, supported by the presence of Mrs Brigitte Macron, announces a programme that is unprecedented in France, thereby placing thethe fight against harassment like a a real priority for the start of the 2019 academic year.
Trusted partner since 2011:
The e-Enfance association is approved by the Ministry of National Education and Youth for its preventive measures. And it has been its primary partner in the fight against bullying at school since the agreement of 6 June 2011.
For the second consecutive year a #cyber prize rewards a video against cyberbullying which helps raise awareness of cyberbullying issues handled by our national helpline for the protection of minors on the internet, Net Ecoute 3018. This year's prize goes to Frédéric Mistral Primary School in Lyon, part of the Lyon Academy, for its proposal: «A film project to raise awareness about harassment.».
The countryside “No to harassment” 2019, will once again receive the “Communication Professionals” Favourite" award this year, presented by the Toulouse Lautrec College of the Toulouse Academy for its video clip: “Harassment, I say “NO” to you!”.
We would like to thank the Ministry teams for their continued trust. And we would like to thank Brigitte Macron for her support.
See you in November 2019 for the national mobilisation campaign.
