Free Angel parental control is free software offered by the operator Free. It reduces the risk of exposure to offensive content by applying filtering rules based on two predefined profiles:
- The child profile provides access to a whitelist associated with the children's search engine www.BabyGo.fr, allowing easy navigation within the universe created by the whitelist. This search engine is available to everyone.
- The teen profile gives access to all content available on the Internet, but your children will not be able to visit sites with offensive content. The teen profile is associated with a list of prohibited sites that are filtered and an algorithm for semantic analysis of the pages visited.
In addition to setting up filtering rules, time slot control allows you to define the hours during which your child is allowed or not allowed to go online. A personal data filter prevents any communication of your children's sensitive information, such as their name, address and telephone number. Finally, a history of visited sites is available, allowing you to stay informed about all the links your children have visited.
Free Angel is scalable and regularly acquires new features.
