The new tools introduced by Meta will allow parents to send their children an account supervision invitation, which they can accept or decline. With these new tools, parents will be able to:
- limit the time spent on the application (from 15 minutes to 2 hours)
- know their children's subscribers and subscriptions
- be informed as soon as their child reports hate speech, racist comments or pornography, for example, on the platform.
However, liked or commented content and private messages remain inaccessible in order to preserve the privacy of the account.
