The Acceo solution facilitates access to 3018 for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
The 3018 offers a device dedicated to deaf or hard-of-hearing people for
assist in accessing the service.
This matchmaking service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Three modes of communication are possible:
1. Instant Speech Transcription for live text transcription
2. Video interpretation in French Sign Language (LSF) for smooth communication with a British Sign Language interpreter.
3. Video coding in French Cued Speech (LPC) to facilitate
expression in LPC.
